Teemi Trade-In Program — Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- This program is open to customers who trade in their pre-loved Teemi Prime School Bag.
- Only authentic Teemi brand ergonomic school bags are accepted.
- This program is available exclusively at the Teemi Flagship Store.
- Customers will receive a gift for each qualifying trade-in paired with a purchase of a new Teemi Prime AGS Series or Standard Series ergonomic school bag.
2. Bag Condition Requirements
- Bags must be in usable condition, and all zippers must be fully functional at the time of trade-in.
- Customers are encouraged to wash and clean the bag before trading it in, as the collected bags will be donated.
- Teemi reserves the right to reject unsuitable bags.
3. Trade-In Process
- Trade-ins are accepted in-store at the Teemi Flagship Store only.
- Teemi staff will inspect and verify the bag’s condition.
- Once accepted, the traded-in bag becomes Teemi’s property and cannot be returned.
4. Gift-With-Purchase (GWP)
- Different series purchases will receive different corresponding gifts.
- Gifts are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Gifts are available while stocks last.
5. Use of Traded-In Bags
- All accepted bags will be donated to communities or individuals in need as part of Teemi’s CSR efforts.
- Teemi may repurpose or responsibly dispose of bags that are not suitable for donation.
6. Program Period
- Valid from 17 Dec 2025 and will continue until further notice.
- Teemi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program without prior notice.
7. General
- By participating, customers agree to all terms and conditions stated.
- Teemi reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
